Gleaming black porcelain knobs accent this ornate brass rim lock set. Reproduced from a circa 1870 Mallory Wheeler original, it features a sliding privacy bolt (instead of a skeleton key) and matching trim. The case is lost wax cast for beautiful detail and the interior parts are also brass. The set is not lacquered and will gradually develop a wonderful antique patina. Reversible.

Lock body: 3 1/2" W x 2 1/2" H x 3/4" Thick. Keeper: 3/4" W x 2 1/2" H x 3/4" Thick. Knobs: 2 1/8" Diameter. Rosette: 2" Diameter. Backset: 2 5/8". Please note: the privacy bolt can not be disengaged from outside the room.
